摘要
提出一种滑动轴承油膜动力特性系数(油膜阻尼系数和油膜刚度系数)试验识别新算法.利用振动理论和最小二乘方法推导出识别算法的数学模型,并进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,该方法可以有效地抑制无用信号,具有较高的识别精度.利用该算法不需要事先测量基础刚度和阻尼,同时还可以识别轴颈的等效质量.
A new experimental method to identify the dynamic coefficients for the oilfilm in a journal bearing (including the oilfilm stiffness and damping coefficients) is presented on the base of vibration theory and least square method. The identifying model was established and experimental research undertaken. Experimental results showed that this method can decrease void signals and improve the accuracy of identification. By using this new method, it is not necessary to know some characteristics of the bearing pedestal before hand. And the equivalent mass of the journal can also be identified at the same time.
