摘要
本文介绍了作者研制的一种电位器转动噪声智能化综合测试系统,该测试系统能够用来按国际标准对电位器转动噪声进行动噪声法、C.R.V法及输出平滑性等的测试.该测试系统功能强、组成方便。由于能够进行波形的存贮和再现,它特别适用于需要分析研究转动噪声的电位器性能测试,同时也可用作电位器质量检验装置.本文提出的移动点算法,使该测试系统实现了对(△θ_0≠0)C.R.V法指标及输出平滑性指标的准确测量.目前,国内尚未见到同类测试装置和测试系统,该测试系统对于电位器生产厂进行电位器转动噪声测试具有实用价值.另外,文中详细介绍了该测试系统的组成方法及硬件电路和软件设计,对计算机辅助自动测试系统的设计研究具有重要参考价值.
This paper introduces an intelligent testing system for overall measurement of the rotational noise of potentiometers. In terms of IEC standard, the testing system can be used for measurement of the rotational noise and the contact resistance variation and the output smoothness of potentiometers. The testing system is particularly suitable for analyzing and researching the patterns of the rotational noise of potentiometers because it can stroe and restore patterns of the rotational noise. It can be formed easily and also used as a quality checking apparatus of potentiometers in factories.
