On the Three Turnings about Technology Responsibility Research

通过对技术责任的研究,对技术责任研究的转向问题在三个方面进行了综合阐释,即技术责任的主体研究从个体责任向集团责任的转变,技术责任范围的研究从地区性责任向全球性责任的转变,以及技术责任诉求途径的研究从道德责任向法律责任的转变等,并指出了技术责任研究的转向对技术本身以及对技术伦理研究的重大价值。

?This thesis discusses three turnings about technology responsibility research in different aspects. The first is the turning about technology responsibility research in subject from individuals to groups. The second is the turning about technology responsibility research in area from region to the world. The last is the turning about tracing ways from moral aspects to juristical aspects. At the same time it is useful to study the turnings about technology responsibility research both in technology itself and technological ethics.
