摘要
指出学习型组织能够加速技术知识的流动,并通过技术知识的流动来促进技术创新能力的提高;阐明了组织常规在提高技术创新能力中所发挥的作用,解释了组织常规在技术知识转化和吸收过程中的作用机制;认为学习型组织作为创造新知识的组织,有助于增强技术知识的吸收能力和转化能力,它为获取或产生新知识提供了一种有效的组织形式,有利于促进新能力的产生。
?The thesis points out that learning organization can strengthen the flow of technological knowledge and promote the raising of capacity of technological innovation; it expounds the function of learning routine in raising the capacity of technological innovation and explains the functional mechanism of organizational routine in the course of absorbability and transformation of technological knowledge; it also indicates that learning organization, as the organization creating new knowledge, can improve the capacity of absorbability and transformation of technological knowledge and offer an effective organizational form to abtain or creat new knowledge and promote the creation of capacity of technological innovation.
