The Challenge of Globalized Internet Communication to Social Security of Socialist Countries and Our Countermeasures

通过对现代传播技术与世界霸权及网络传播与社会主义国家安全关系的探讨,分析了传播强国利用其优势地位给社会主义国家政治制度、意识形态和文化传统等社会安全领域带来的巨大挑战。认为社会主义国家应从加大政府行为,寻求建立世界传播新秩序,迅速提高网络传播从业人员的技术水平,加快大型跨媒体集团的创建等方面入手,维护社会主义国家的社会安全。

?By the analysis of the relations between modern communication technology and world hegemony, internet communication and social security of socialist countries, the thesis analyses the challenge to political system, ideology and cultural tradition of socialist countries from powerful countries of communication. In the last part of the thesis, the author suggests that socialist countries should devote to increasing government action, seeking to found the new order of world communication, raising technical personal level of internet communication and establishing great media group in order to safeguard social security of socialist countries.
