摘要
适应我国加入WTO后产业结构调整和升级的要求 ,结合职业分化的趋势 ,解决好我国目前人力资源供需脱节问题 ,是我国今后一段时间实现人力资源合理配置所必须注意的问题。为此 ,要做好以下几方面的工作 :加强引导 ,建立健全职业动态信息系统 ;合理调整高等院校的专业结构 ;职业人员要以敏锐的观察力洞悉周围环境新的职业变动态势 ,并主动适应新的动态就业模式 ;要积极开辟成人教育的新渠道 ,为成年人转岗或专业知识更新提供有效的“充电”
To meet the need of adjustment and improvement of industry structure after our country's joining WTO,to keep pace with the trend of occupation differentiation,to solve our current problem of disagreement between human resource supply and its demand,are noticeable issues in realizing rational allocation of human resource within a period of time in the future.Therefore,following tasks should be accomplished:to establish and improve a dynamic information system of occupation; to adjust spectific field of universities rationally; professionals to know clearly the changing condition of profession in their circumstances through their sharp observation and to adapt to new dynamic employment model;to open up new channel actively for adult education so as to provide effective 'recharging'service for adult occupation shift and for renewal of their professional knowledge.
