In the buyer market dominated by the market demand,the grade of aesthetic appreciation of products is one of important aspects in the economic competition.And shaping the key competitive power and the comparative superority by relying on the innovation and effective combination of science,technology and art,is the means that is adopted by most economically developed countries,exerting great influences not only on peoples material and cultural lives,but also on the change of the international trade pattern.So correctly applying this means is of great importance both to inerease in the added value of products and to forming our own intellectual property rights as well as to the prosperity of the cultural industry.
