The physical education teaching mode of individuality, leisure and pleasure in higher schools is to merge individuality, leisure and pleasure into the physical education teaching by using the unity theory. It is to establish a new complete physical education teaching mode in higher schools in order to meet the need of the talenttraining requirement in the new century. It can guide students to develop their individuality in a healthy and harmonious way. As the healthy value being fully reflected, students can get enjoyment and thus the goal of lifelong physical education can be fulfilled.
