跨文化交际行为中的障碍因素

The analysis on the obstacles of cross-cultural communication

摘要 着重探讨了在跨文化交际活动中 ,二种主要障碍因素 ,即人为因素和环境背景因素是如何产生的 ,并对这二种障碍对跨文化交际能力的负影响作了分析 ,指出了研究这二种障碍的现实意义。 This paper mainly discusses two obstacles in the process of cross-cultural communication,namely obstacle within people and situational obstacle.It also analyses how these obstacles appear and the negative functions on the cross-cultural communicative competence. Finally,it points out the practical significance for the study of these obstacle factors.
