摘要
目的 观察甲肝麻疹二联活疫苗 (简称HAM)的安全性。方法 选用 1.5~ 4 .5kg抗甲肝病毒抗体(HAVAb)及麻疹血凝抑制抗体 (MVH1Ab)皆阴性 ,SGPT正常的健康恒河猴 4 4只。麻疹嗜神经毒力试验分 3组 ,HAM及MV分别接种于 5只及 10只猴丘脑内 ,空白对照 4只 ;甲肝疫苗嗜肝毒力试验分 5组 ,HAM、HA和MV各分别接种于 5只猴的静脉内。进行SGPT、中枢神经 (CNS)和肝穿病理学检查 ,以及抗HAVAb和MVH1Ab测定。结果 第 1组所有实验猴及空白对照猴其临床观察均未发生由MV引起的神经症状 ,CNS组织学检查未见由MV引起的麻疹性脑脊髓的病变。第 2组全部猴均无SGPT异常升高和病毒性肝炎的病理改变。结论 该HAM与对照单价活疫苗相同 。
Objective To observe to safety of hepatitis A-measles combined vaccine(HAM) in monkeys.Methods Forty four healthy rhesus negative in hepatitis A virus antibody and measles virus hemagglutination antibody,each weighing 1.5-4.5kg and with normal SGPT values,were subjected to neurovirulence test of measles vaccine and hepatic virulence test of HA vaccine.In neurovirulence test,HAM and measles virus strain D3T11 were inoculated into the thalamus of 5 and 10 rhesus respectively,using another 4 rhesus without inoculation as control.In hepatic virulence test,HAM,live HA virus and measles virus were inoculated i.v. to 5 rhesus separately.All the animals were detected for SPGT values as well as HA and measles antibodies,and subjected to the histological examination of central nervous system(CNS) and pathological examination of liver.Results No neural symptom caused by measles virus was observed in the test and control animals subjected to neuroviruslence test,and no pathological lesion in neuraxon caused by measles virus was observed by the histological examination of CNS.No abnormal elevation of SGPT or pathological change caused by viral hepatitis was observed in any rhesus subjected to hepatic virulence test.Conclusion HAM showed reliable safety
