中国云南兰科一新种——二叶兰(英文)

Cymbidium rhizomatosum,A New Species of Orchidaceae from Yunnan,China

基于采自中国云南东南部的栽培植物 ,对兰科新种二叶兰 (Cymbidium rhizomatosum )作了描述与绘图。此新种与兔耳兰 (Cymbidium lancifolium)有亲缘关系 ,区别点在于本新种具 2枚基生叶 ,叶在花凋谢后出现 ,有 1条黄白色的地下根状茎 ,长 7～ 10 cm,直径 6～ 15 mm。

A new species of Orchidaceae,Cymbidium rhizomatosum Z.J.Liu et S.C.Chen,is described and illustrated based on a cultivated plant collected from southeastern Yunnan,China.The new species is related to Cymbidium lancifolium Hook.,from which it differs by having two basal leaves appearing after flowers withering,and a yellowish-whitish rhizome 7～10 cm long and 6～15 mm thick underground.
