摘要 利用DSC、WAXD两种方法系统研究了LLDPE/EPO(线型低密度聚乙烯 /乙烯丙烯辛烯 - 1共聚物 )共混体系的相容性及结晶结构。通过DSC上 (熔融峰、结晶峰 )呈现单峰确定了此共混体系在片晶水平上共晶 ;用WAXD方法 ,计算了共混体系的结晶度、晶胞参数及微晶大小随组成不同而变化的关系 ,进一步证实了LLDPE/EPO共混体系的相容性。 The crystallization structure and compatibility of LLDPE/EPO (linear low density polyethylene/ethylene-propylene-octene-1 copolymer) blends have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) methods. Only a single melting or cooling peak was found in DSC curves for all blends, showing cocrystalline in patch-crystal level. The crystallinity?unit cell parameters and crystallite-size of the blends which have been calculated by WAXD method are in dependence of the composition of the blends, further revealing compatibility of the system.
