摘要
冰醋酸和正丁醇为原料 ,对甲苯磺酸催化 ,利用微波技术 ,在常压下快速合成醋酸正丁酯。最佳反应条件为 :n(正丁醇 )∶n(冰醋酸 ) =2 0∶1 0 (mol /mol) ,对甲苯磺酸用量 0 2 5 g ,微波功率 4 6 2W ,辐射时间 8min ,产率达 98%以上。
Iced acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol as raw materials, n-Butyl Acetate is synthesized rapidly by microwave irradiation under normal pressure. The most suitable conditions: the mole ratio of n-butyl alcohol and iced acetic acid is 2:1(mol/mol), the amounts of p-toluene sulfonic acid is 0.25 g, the microwave irradiation time was 8 min with the power of 462W, the yielding rate may reach over 98 %.
