一个企业实现“走出去”战略的前提 ,就是要积极参与国际竞争。作者结合自己的实际经历 ,介绍了参与国际工程投标的一般程序和操作过程中应该注意的事项。作者认为 ,为了在激烈的投标竞争中取胜 ,应该转变观念、提高素质、注重信息、尽快与国际接轨。

It's necessary to take part in international competition for a company who wants to go to abroad.Combined with practice experiences,the author introduced the bidding procedure as well as some points for attention.To gain a victory in the keen competition,the author's view puts on changing sense,improving quality,emphasizing project information and grasping firmly international agreement.
