摘要
综述了具有 β -Al2 O3结构的钡镁多铝酸盐蓝色荧光粉在灯用及等离子显示平板领域中的研究与发展。重点介绍了其在各领域中制备、发光性能、光谱特性、应用性能等方面的研究工作 ,指出了国内蓝粉存在的主要问题及与国外产品的差距 。
Recent development and research on the blue-emitting phosphor with β-Al 2O 3 type barium-magnesium aluminates composite that are mainly used in fluorescent lamp and plasma display panel were summarized. The research on their preparation, luminous properties and spectral characteristics was reviewed, and the problem of this phosphor in China and the gap in domestic and abroad were also pointed out. Finally, its prospects were forecasted.
