摘要 以丙酮和甲酸甲酯为起始原料 ,经克莱森缩合反应以及格氏试剂亲核加成反应制备二甲基色烯化试剂——— 3-羟基 - 3 -甲基 - 1,1-二甲氧基丁烷 ,总收率为 44 .8%。 Hydroxy-3-methyl-1,1-dimethoxybutane, a new reagent for dimethylchromenylation, was synthesized from acetone and methyl format by Claisen condensation and Grignard addition reaction, with an overall yield of 44.8%.
