摘要
基于溴百里酚蓝在 pH7.5~ 8 5的磷酸盐缓冲介质中 ,与阳离子表面活性剂发生离子缔合反应 ,而使溴百里酚蓝褪色这一现象 ,建立了分光光度测定阳离子表面活性剂的新方法。该方法灵敏度高 ,选择性好。最大测定波长位于 6 15nm ,摩尔吸光系数为 2 1× 10 - 4L .mol- 1.cm- 1,表面活性剂的浓度在 0~ 2 0 0 μg/ 2 5ml范围内 ,符合比尔定律。环境样品中常见金属离子均不干扰测定 ,直接应用于工业废水中阳离子表面活性剂含量的测定 ,获得了满意的结果。
Based on the associated reactions of bromothymol blue with cationic surface- active agent when put in phosphate buffer solution of pH7.5~8.5 and fades, a new way for determination of cationic surfactant by Spectrophotometric methods was established. Great sensitivity and wide selectivity are featured. The maximum wavelength is measured in 615 nm,molar absortion coefficient in 2.1×10 4 L·mol -1 cm -1 .concentration of surfacant in 0~200μg/25 ml, which complies with Bill-law. In the presence of normal metal ion from the environmental sample, the in-tereference on the measurement is not found and The method was suitable for determination of cationic surfacanl of waste water out of the industries
