云南富宁八角茴香茎和叶挥发油化学成分研究

Volatile Components from the Stems and Leaves of Illicium verum Hook. f. in Funing, Yunnan

分别采用溶剂提取及水蒸气蒸馏法提取春季云南富宁产八角茴香茎和叶的挥发油成分 ,用GC毛细管柱进行分析 ,归一化法测其相对含量 ,并用GC MS法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果表明 ,八角茴香的茎含主要成分 2 4个 ,嫩叶中只含 4 反式丙烯基茴香醚 1个成分 。

Volatile oils were obtained respectively from the stems and leaves of Illicium verum Hook. f. collected in spring season in Funing of Yunnan, by solvent extraction and vapor distillation. Components were analyzed by GC capillary column and unitary method to determine the relative content and characterized by GC-MS. Results showed that 24 compounds were occurred in the stems and only one compound, 4-trans propenyl anisol was distributed in the tender leaves, which provided experimental basis for the development of stems and leaves of Illicium verum Hook. f.
