摘要
以薄膜的形式仿生制备二氧化硅中孔材料于 1 996年首次报道。最近 ,在其制备方法得以改进、分析和表征技术得以提高的基础上 ,所制备出的中孔薄膜不但具有很好的几何孔型 ,而且孔道有序排列的方向及膜的厚度均可在合成过程中进行调控。通过仿生制膜技术裁剪无机中孔膜的各种特性 。
Preparation of silica mesoporous materials in a thin film geometry was first reported in 1996.Recently,du to improvement of the preparation methods and characterization technologies can be produced the stable films with well defined symmetries,controlled pore orientation,continuity and film thickness.The ability to tailor film properties is important for their utilization in applications ranging from catalysis to microelectronics,where morphological control in the meso domain is vita.
