摘要
针对海蒙特本体聚合工艺特点,对70 kt/a聚丙烯装置能耗、物耗现状进行了分析。在节能方面,通过停运部分机泵、调整料仓风机输送和掺混时间,充分利用装置蒸汽冷凝液作为热源代替部分蒸汽,并通过正交试验确定大小闪蒸线和干燥器的蒸汽最佳用量,使装置能耗由6.615 GJ/t下降到6.339GJ/t。在降耗方面,通过回收尾气、增设氮气洗涤塔缓冲罐和备用丙烯过滤器等一系列技术改造,使丙烯单耗由1.036 t/t下降到1.020 t/t。
In accordance with the characteristics of Himont polypropylene (PP) process,the current status of consumption of energy and feed stock in a 70 kt/a PP plant was analyzed. The energy consumption of the PP plant was reduced from 6.615 GJ/t to 6.339 GJ/t with taking the technical measures, including stopping the idle motor pumps, adjusting the operating hours of air charging machine in hopper box and mixing unit, fully utilizing the condensation heat for replacing part of the steam as heat source and optimizing the steam consumption in the flashing units and dryer by means of the orthogonal experiment.The propylen econsumption was lowered from 1.036 t/t to 1.020 t/t through a series of technical innovations such as recovering exhaust gas and setting up an extra buffer container for nitrogen scrubbing and a spare filter for propylene.
