摘要
利用X射线衍射技术 ,分析了Ni SiC复合镀层的微观结构 ,同时对镀层的耐磨性能进行了研究。结果表明 :(1)Ni SiC复合镀层的结构为晶态 ,SiC微粒的嵌入不改变其组织结构 ,经过 5 0 0℃ ,2h热处理后 ,产生新相Ni3 Si,使镀层性能下降。 (2 )在 30 0℃ ,2h热处理条件下 ,Ni SiC复合镀层体积比磨损量分别是硬Cr镀层和纯Ni镀层的 31%和 11.6%。
The microstructure of Ni SiC composite coating was analyzed by using XRD and the wear resistance of coating was also investigated. Results showed that SiC particle did not affect the crystalline structure of composite coating, but the properties of coating were decreased with the Ni 3Si phase formed by heat treatment at 500 ℃ for 2 hours. With heat treatment at 300 ℃ for 2 hours, the volume wear rate of Ni SiC composite coating was only as 31% and 11.6 % as that of Cr coating and pure Ni coating, respectively.
