摘要
通过高斯光束在腔内的往返变换,给出了亚毫米波光泵激光器泵光束吸收与损耗的普遍计算方法,这些计算是亚毫米波激光器结构设计中所必须考虑的。通过计算,比较了几种谐振腔,得到较高泵光束吸收效率的设计,并给出泵光束最佳输入条件。利用本设计实验装置,获得并测量了从70.6~570μm多条亚毫米波激光谱线。
A general method of calculating the pump absorption efficiency and pump losspercentage in a SMM laser is given, which is based on the Gaussian beam transforma-tion in the resonator. By calculating and comparing different cavity constructions, adesign for higher pump absorption efficiency is chosen and the optimum condition forthe input of pump light is given. SMM laser lines from 70.6μm to 570μm are obtainedby using this design.
