The Study of Influence and Strategies of Anxiety on College English Vocabulary Teaching

语言学习中的焦虑主要指学习者因需要使用外语或第二语言进行表达时产生的恐惧和不安心理。外语学习过程中的焦虑心理对于学生学习效果的影响日益受到关注,尤其是词汇这一关键领域。基于英语词汇学习的重要性,作者分析词汇学习过程中产生焦虑现象的原因,提出相应的解决策略,以激励学生词汇学习的兴趣,促进大学英语教学的改进。

Language anxiety refers to those fearful and uneasy mentality when it comes to the use of foreign language in communication.Its influence upon foreign language acquisition arouses great attention,especially in vocabulary learning which plays a vital role in foreign language learning.Considering the importance of vocabulary learning,the author analyses various factors that may cause anxiety in the process vocabulary learning,and accordingly,puts forward some strategies in the purpose of inspiring college students' interest in vocabulary learning and promoting college English language teaching.
