Translation activity is not only the transference of language but also the communication and conveyance of different cultures.By analyzing some of the Howard Goldblatt's Translation examples of Culturally-Loaded Words from cultural translation aspect,this paper aims to suggest that no matter what kind of approaches should be adopted in the process of literary translating,the culture connotation of the source language text should be represented in the target language text as much as possible.
