输入理论视角下的高中生词汇附带习得研究

摘要 词汇量一直是高考的一个重要考察点。根据2011年高考考试大纲的要求,考生除了掌握并运用语音,语法基础知识之外,词汇量也要达到3500左右。但是很多学生识记单词的效果不佳。因此有效的识记单词的方法需要探索。学生进行词汇习得的方法有两种:有意学习和词汇附带习得。词汇附带习得的方法有很多。而广泛的阅读一直是学习者进行词汇附带习得的一个有效途径。国家教育司早就指出:高中毕业时,课外阅读量要达到30万词以上。因此阅读对于高中生的重要性就不言而喻。阅读是语言输入途径之一。因此此次研究的重点就是输入理论视角下通过阅读来扩大词汇量的方法。 Vocabulary acquisition is an important point of the university entrance exam all the time. According to the outline of the univer sity entrance exam, apart from the pronunciation and grammar, the size of vocabularies should be more than 3500. However, many stu dents acquire vocabularies inefficiently. Hence, the study on the ways to acquire vocabularies efficiently is necessary. The students acquire new vocabularies mainly through two ways: intentional learning and incidental acquisition. There are many sub-ways of incidental acquisi tion. The extensive reading is a very efficient approach to acquire vocabulary incidentally. National education department declared that up to the graduation of high school, students need to be exposed to more than 300,000 words of extensive readings. Inevitably, reading is sig nificant for students in high school. Reading is one of the approaches to input language. So the emphasis of this research lies in the explana tion of how the extensive reading can propel the vocabulary acquisition from the perspective of Input Hypothesis.
