摘要 Reading for most people is the main means to gain knowledge and the importance of it has already been widely accepted.Also,it has been regarded as the most necessary foreign language skill in most countries' teaching syllabus of colleges and middle schools,which requires the learners to master it badly.So how to explore teaching theory of foreign language reading has become an important task for study of foreign language teaching methods.In this study,some reading theories and reading strategies provided can be helpful to developing senior middle school students' linguistic ability and improving their reading efficiency.
