On Oriental and Occidental Thinking Modes and Cultivation of Students' Cross-Cultural Communicative Competence

生活的地域不同,文化背景不同,风俗习惯不同,人们的思维特点自然也就有所不同;要培养商务英语专业学生的跨文化交际能力,就必须要求学生掌握不同地域人们的思维特点,特别是东西方人的思维特点,然后据此训练应对策略,以确保商务交际的顺利和成功。

Territorial,cultural and customary differences lead to differences in thinking modes among different countries.To develop cross-cultural communicative competence of students majoring in Business English in higher vocational colleges,trainings based on different thinking modes especial among orriental and occidental countries need to be considered.This is a prerequisite for a smooth and success ful business communication.
