On Training Elementary School Students' Spirit of Discipline in English Classroom Management

在英语课程改革的初步实践中,教育的重心偏向于对学生的个体个性化的培养,而忽略了对其纪律精神,即把社会道德行为规范内化的个体社会化的培养。在以课改精神为指导的基础教育中,教师应把培养小学生的纪律精神放在更加突出的位置。该文试图阐述在课堂管理中培养小学生的纪律精神的必要性和重要性,并对为此教师必须遵循的德育教育的基本原则和各种切实可行的方法进行探讨。

In the preparatory practice of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform(BECR),our focal point tend to favor the cultivation of students' individualization,and ingore students' spirit of discipline,or moral standards which imply the cultivation of students' socialization.In the light of BECR,teachers should put more emphasis on the cultivation of students' spirit of discipline.On this ground the study is made of the necessities and importance of cultivating students' spirit of discipline,and the essential principles and wokable methods of moral educations in classroom management.
