在过去的几十年中,伴随着全球经济一体化的脚步,英语学习热潮在全球范围内兴起。这股热潮也席卷了在世界经济中扮演重要角色的俄罗斯。尤其是随着苏联的解体、俄罗斯逐渐融入国际社会,民众对英语的学习热情也日渐高涨。除了教育体制内的中小学及高等院校的英语教育,多样化的非学校英语教育方式也应运而生。然而,学校教育和非学校教育的一些问题已经逐渐凸显,对英语的教与学产生了消极的影响。

With the global economic integration over the past decades,the English language has enjoyed a worldwide boom.The fever has also hit Russia,a major player on the global economic scene.With the fall of the Soviet Union and Russia's gradual integration into the international community,the public is showing increasingly stronger enthusiasm toward English learning.Various forms of English educationhave emerged,in addition to those in schools and universities.However,several issues concerning English education have emerged in both school English education and non-school English education,which are exerting negative influences on English teaching and learning.
