University Culture Introduction in English Teaching

学习一门外语就意味着接触一种新的文化。目前,在大学英语教学中,只强调读、写、听、说四方面的技能,而忽略了文化教学。该文从英语语言的文化差异角度出发,探讨在大学英语教学中文化导入的必要性,分析大学英语文化教学现状及存在的问题,并就此提出一些建议。

Learning a foreign language means to study a new kind of culture.At present,in the universityEnglish teaching,emphasize only read,write,listen,say four skills,while ignoring the cultural teaching.This article from the English language cultural difference perspective,discusses in the university English teaching the necessity of cultural introduction,analysis university English culture teaching present situation and the existence question,and puts forward some suggestions.
