摘要
"工学结合"实践教学模式是培养商务英语类实用性人才的有效途径。该文在研究国内外"工学结合"人才培养成功范式的基础上,以商务英语专业基于职业属性的专业观,以建构主义学习理论为基础,构建了以"三位一体"商务英语人才培养模式为平台的"四阶梯式"实践教学模式,并指出了在实施过程中遇到的问题,并提出了相应的对策,旨在探索符合本专业特色、可行性强的实践教学模式。
The practical teaching mode-combining business English learning with work is the most effective way for the cultivation of the applied talents.This paper,based on the study of successful domestic and overseas cases of personnel training mode of learning in work,the perspectives of occupation-oriented specialty development as well as the constructivism,presents the model of the'four steps-up'practical teaching system and puts forwards measures to deal with the problems while implementing,hoping the new mode more practical and with professional characters.
