摘要
普通高中新课程是面向21世纪基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分,其中课程评价改革中的重要内容之一是课堂教学评价的改革。回顾我国基础教育课程改革10周年,新课程的教学评价在观念上有了较大转变。以普通高中英语课程标准为指导,以"促进学生发展、促进教师成长以及以学论教"三大课堂教学评价理念,论述课堂教学评价中的"学生的学,教师的教和教师素养"三种构成要素,并指出改进课堂教学评价方式的建议及其意义,以期提高高中英语教师对课堂教学评价的新认识,促进教学水平的提高和教师的专业发展。
Ordinary High School New Curriculum is the important component of Basic Education Curriculum Reform in the twenty-first century.Classroom teaching evaluation reform is also one of the important contents of course evaluation reform.Looking back to Chinese basic education curriculum reform for ten years,great changes have taken place in the notion of new curriculum teaching evaluation.This paper tries to illustrate three components of teaching evaluation under the teaching evaluation notions which are 'to facilitate students' development,teacher growth and evaluate teaching from students' views.Three components of teaching evaluations contain learning of students,teaching of teachers and teacher qualities.Through pointing out some suggestions on teaching evaluation and teaching significance,the author aims to improve the new understanding of teaching evaluation of high English teachers and to facilitate teaching and the development of teachers.
