On Human Nature Embodied in Pride and Prejudice

In Pride and Prejudice,Jane Austen expresses her views on marriage in her description of five marriages:a marriage out of love is a happy one;a marriage either for money or for lust is an unhappy one.In order to demonstrate this view,Austen portrays various vivid characters,from which we learn the arrogance,stupidity,worldliness and snobbery of human nature.
