With the deepening of China's globalization,English,as a tool of communication,is playing a more and more important role in the modern society.Being able to speak fluent,standard and accurate English has become the criterion for judging a person's English proficiency.Almost all the universities are strengthening their dynamics of reformfor English teaching.The internationalization of China has raised the standards for every English speaker.Fluent English requires firstly accurate pronunciations.Phonetic sound is one important element for speaking standard English.To learn English well,it is quite necessary for us to learn the phonetics well first.
