高职《商务口译》课程的实质及其教学

《商务口译》课程是外语教学的一个有益手段。恰当定位商务口译教学对于研究其实质和教学方法有不可忽视的作用,而准确把握其教学目标和要求则是培养具备英语技能、商务知识和口译技能的复合型、实用性商务口译人才所必须的。为了促使高职《商务口译》课程教学方式的发展,教师必须明确高职商务口译教学的实质是教学口译,订立适当的教学目标,并探索恰当的教学方法。

The course of Interpreting for Business Purposes is a beneficial means of foreign language teaching.To find out the adequate status of business interpreting teaching plays an inevitable role in studying its nature and teaching methods,while to adequately grasp its teaching objectives and requirements is necessary in cultivating inter-disciplinary and practical interpreters for business purposes with knowledge of both English and business and interpreting skills.In order to promote the development of the teaching approaches of the course for students in Higher Vocational Institutes,teachers must make it clear that the nature of business interpreting for students in Higher Vocational Institutes is teaching of interpretation,set adequate teaching objectives and seek appropriate teaching methods.
