摘要
This paper is meant to analyze student' s problems in pronouncing English fricatives /s//θ/in Baoji,analyze the fea tures of English fricatives /s//θ/,by comparing their features with mother language Chinese,and help students to overcome the negative phonetic transfer and promote the study of English phonetics /s//θ/by dealing with language transfer theories,analyz ing the factors affecting language transfer.
