摘要
Church service is important to Christianity and its culture. To understand it better, the questions of what people actual ly do during the church service and what the service means to those people need to be answered.A one-month close observa tion and personal experience in the Central Park Christian Church in U.S.from the aspects of the overall atmosphere, the space of participation, the routines of the service and the interactions among church people gives conclusions that the service in church indicates the idealism of church people.
