语言学视角下说话与唱歌的关系的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Relationship between Speech and Song from the Linguistic Aspect

这是一篇综述了有关语言和音乐起源、说话与唱歌关系的学说,并对语言和音乐的关系做了实证性对比研究的文章。研究借鉴了心理学家DianaDeutsch对比说话与唱歌的实验材料,对48名大学生进行跟读和模唱测试,并录音。录音音频的数据借助语言学中语音学分析软件Praat被采样提取后,录入SPSS数据分析软件中做进一步分析。结果表明,唱歌水平能显著地预测语音水平,二者显著相关。并且,二者的相关性主要受性别和专业两个因素的影响,而与英语水平的高低无关。

This is a passage which comprehensively reviews the origin of language and music and the theories concerning rela tions between speech and song,and describes to the detail about an empirical experiment designed to compare speech with song.First,the researcher tests 48 college students'speech and song by using experimental materials borrowed from psychologist Dian na Deutsch.During the test,their speech and song are recorded respectively.Then,the audio data of each sound file is extracted by the Phonetic software Praat,and is next put into the SPSS for further analysis.The results show that singing ability can significantly predict the speech ability.They correlate with each other significantly.Besides,the correlation between speech and song is mainly affected by two factors,gender and major,but has nothing to do with the English level.
