五年制高职学校英语教师存在问题及对策

Problems and Suggestions of English Teachers in Five-year Higher Vocational Schools

在近些年中不断变化的五年制高职英语教学环境中,英语教师面临了一些相对突出的问题,而解决这些问题成为英语教学改革相对关键的环节。笔者就目前苏南某市五年制高职英语教师存在的问题作了初步的调查分析,从教师来源、教师业务素质、对学生、教材的认识等方面作了问题阐述,并就这些问题提出诸如增加教师培训机会、促进教师进行教学反思、改革教学方法等建议。

With the rapid developing environment of higher vocational schools,English teachers had lots of problems,which also was regarded as one of the keys to English teaching reformation.This paper made a tentative survey focusing on English teachers in five-year higher vocational schools in a city of southern Jiangsu,and gave some suggestions as well,i.e.increasing opportunities of teachers'training,promoting teachers'reflective teaching,reforming teaching methods,etc.
