海船船员适任考试新大纲实施对船长英语教学实践的启示

Enlightenment on Shipmaster’s English Teaching Practice following the Implementation of Seafarers Competence Ex amination Syllabus

为适应STCW78/10公约的要求,我国海事主管机关制定颁布了新的海船船员英语考试大纲。该文首先就新大纲的内容作了详细解读,在此基础上,结合个人教学实践和经验总结,就新大纲的实施对船长航海英语教学实践带来的启示作进一步诠释。

For the purpose of meeting the requirement of the STCW78/10 Convention,the Chinese maritime administration has enacted the new seafarers maritime English examination syllabus.This paper construed the content of the new syllabus,on the basis of which in combination with personal teaching pratice and experience,the author gave further explanation to the enlightenment following implementation of the new syllabus and shipmaster's maritime English teaching practice.
