近年来,作为新出现的语言现象,蛋果词越来越引起人们的广泛关注。蛋果词是一种富有创意的语言失误,它是在发音或语义相似的基础上对原有单词或词语的替代,这种替代往往是由误听或误用引起的,但在原语境中同样可行。该文试图认知语用学的视角,利用关联理论的框架,对蛋果词的理解进行分析。

Eggcorn,as a new language phonomenon,has been given increasing attention in the recent years.Eggcorn is a creative substitution of a word or phrase for a word or words that sound similar or identical in the speaker's language.The difference between an eggcorn and a malapropism lies in that an eggcorn is reasonable and comprehensive in the original context.This paper intends to make full use of the Relevance Theory to interpret the phenomenon of eggcorn.
