跨文化交际能力的培养对于英语专业的学生来说尤为重要,而现状是英语专业学生的教学过程中,对文化内容的植入较少,也缺少专门的跨文化课程。研究者以定性和定量相结合的方法分析了英语专业跨文化交际能力培养的现状并提出了合理的建议,得出的结论是英语专业学生现阶段跨文化交际能力培养现状不容乐观,需要对教学方法进行相应调整。

The cultivation of intercultural communication competence is particularly important for English majors.However,in the process of English teaching now,the instilment of cultural knowledge is scarce and the schools seldom open intercultural courses.Applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative method,the researcher analyzes the current situation of cultivation of English majors'intercultural communication and gives several reasonable suggestions.The conclusion is that the current situation of English major's intercultural communication cultivation is not optimistic and some adjustments need to be done in the teaching procedure.
