大一学生英语记叙文写作中时间状语使用情况研究

On the Use of Temporal Adverbials in English Narrative Writing of Chinese College Students

该研究基于学习者语料和英语本族语语料,对比讨论中国大学生使用时间状语的特征。研究发现,学习者更倾向用短语作时间状语,而本族语作者倾向于用时间副词作时间状语,且学习者对时间状语的运用严重缺乏多样性,其原因可能是,缺乏母语对应语的帮助,因此他们就难以在作文中体现丰富的英语词汇;此外,学习者对个别词的语法用法缺少正确的认识。

A contrastive study on the use of temporal adverbials in narrative writings written by college students and native writers had found:the learners tend to use much more phrases of temporal adverbials than native writers,but the native writers tend to use more adverbs of time.And the variety of temporal adverbials used by learners is very poor.The reason may be it is lack of the corresponding words in Chinese.
