摘要
该文针对EFL学生识记单词中的困难,对遗忘曲线规律及学习动机对词汇习得所起的影响进行了阐释。在此基础上,着重论述了意义关联在学生单词识记中,尤其是派生词和复合词的记忆中所起到的积极作用。
In view of the difficulties met by EFL learners during their word acquisition, the author elaborates the effect of Forget?ting Curve and learner’s motivation on their word acquisition efficiency. On the basis of this, the author emphasizes the positive role of connotation relevancy in the EFL learner’s word acquisition, especially the acquisition of derivatives and compounds.
