译员一方面作为源语听众,需要理解和记忆发言者的讲话,另一方面作为阐释者,通过语言转换,将讲话意思传递给目标语听众,因此在整个口译过程中,译员处于一个非常特殊和重要的位置上。在跨语言交际活动中,译员作为参与者之一,由于各种因素的影响,其角色也会发生相应变化。译员应了解一对一商务洽谈中角色变化时的口译应对策略以提高口译质量。

On one hand, as the audience of the source language, interpreter needs understand and remember what the speaker has said, and on the other side, as the elucidator, interpreter explains the thoughts of speaker to the audience of target language through language transformation, thus during the whole process, interpreter is positioned as special and important. In the cross-language communicative activity, as one of the participants, the interpreter will experience role shifts according to various factors. Interpreter should know the coping tactics for role changes in one-for-one business negotiation so as to improve the quality of interpretation.
