摘要
语言的合作原则和语言经济学理论都对人际交流中的信息量提出了明确的要求。与信息冗余不同,信息过量主要指提供超过交际需求的信息量。在特殊语境下,信息过量能起到积极作用。但是,信息过量的消极作用不可忽视。分析造成人际交流中信息过量的多种因素,结合实际案例,开展人际交流信息过量现象的语用研究,对于提高人们参与交际的能力和水平,提升人际交流的质量具有重要的现实意义。
Both Economics of Language and Cooperative Principle have clear requirements for the quantity of information provided in communication. Different from redundancy, over-informativeness refers to the information provided more than needed. Over-in?formativeness may play an active role in special context. However, the negative effects can ’t be neglected. With case study, analy?ses of multi-factors causing over-informativeness have important practical meanings in improving people ’s ability and level in par?ticipating communication, and in bettering the quality of communication.
