摘要
该文运用问卷及统计方法将高职英语教师与学生对动机策略的重视程度进行对比,进一步归纳教师与学生对动机策略使用感知的差异,通过课堂观察法检验4项教师动机策略对激发学生英语学习行为的效果。通过对统计数据的研究,证明:一是学生与教师在对动机策略的重视程度与使用感知上都存在差异;二是适当使用动机策略能够激发学生的动机行为;三是不同的动机策略产生的效应亦不同。
The research is investigated teachers’motivational teaching practice from students’perception and students’affective behavior in class through questionnaire surveys and classroom observation. The results show that students and teachers perceive the motivational strategies differently and more students from experimental class in which motivational strategies are used are mo?tivated to pay attention to the teacher and class activities than the students in control class in which the motivational strategies are not used.
