论区域性小语种的就业优势与前景

On the Employment Superiority of Regional Minority Languages and Its Prospect

随着我国的改革开放,社会对小语种人才的需求越来越大。通过分析区域性小语种在我国的近况和我国小语种教育的现状,比对社会各方面在小语种人才中需求远大于供给的不平衡,认为小语种就业前景美好,并对小语种教学按区域特点提前介入学生课程提出建议。

Since reform and opening policy took place in China, qualified human resource in minority languages are in great need. This paper analyzes the recent development of regional minority languages and the present condition of minority language education in China. It also compares the imbalance between supply and demand of the qualified human resource in minority lan?guages and makes a conclusion that the employment prospect of minority languages is nice. Finally, it gives some suggestions that minority languages should be put into students’courses in advance according to the characteristics of each region.
