The volume of a wooden bucket is determined by its shortest board,while a man's achievement is measured by his 'longest board'.This paper attempts to propose a college English curriculum reform plan featuring in listening and speaking training,and aims to build a healthy English teaching ecological environment in which both students and teachers are actively involved.
