新建地方本科院校商务英语课程设置现状分析与策略研究

A Study on the current situation of Business English Curriculum Design in the Newly-Built Local Universities and its strategies

该研究以特殊用途英语理论(ESP)为指导,以山东省8所新建地方本科院校商务英语课程设置为研究对象,探讨基于新建地方本科院校特点的商务英语课程设置模式。该文首先对山东省8所新建地方本科院校商务英语课程设置进行了对比分析,接着通过对比较为成熟的全国商务英语专业课程设置模块以及分析新建地方本科院校自身特点,提出新建地方本科院校商务英语课程设置的基本课程设置,最后指出新建地方本科院校除了可以借鉴其他高校成熟的做法,还必须立足服务地方的特点,进行充分的商务英语需求分析,为区域社会经济发展培养合格的商务英语人才。

This paper intends to discuss the Business English curriculum design of the newly-built local universities in Shandong Province and try to provide suggestions for these universities. Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of Business English curriculum design of the 8 newly-built local universities in Shandong Province, and then makes a contrastive analysis of the cur-riculum designs. At last, this paper provides strategies for the construction of Business English curriculum design in the newly-built local universities. On the way of developing Business English, besides drawing successful lessons from other universities, the newly-built local universities must conduct a complete need analysis and develop their specialty courses to meet the requirements of the society.
